How can I increase the size limit when users are uploading documents?

    A sign pops up that says nothing above 1024kb is acceptable for uploading. Can this be changed to a higher size? I just upgraded my account for that reason.

    just this morning the jotform people (im a customer like you) helped me out on a similar issue.

    if you go into the file you made IN your jotform account, highlight the upload widget and click on the little gear to adjust the atributes. One of those is maximum file size.
