All forms are disabled and the option to enable has been greyed out. Please help.

    I read the comments and followed the steps to enable but the enable button has been greyed out. Help, please? thank you

    Hi,

    I checked your account and forms and there didn't appear to be anything that was against our terms of use.  I checked to make sure there were no offending forms in your accounts trash either and there were not.  To be honest, I am not entirely sure why our systems suspended your account.  Usually there is a password field or something against our ToS.  I was unable to find anything of the sort if your forms.

    Let us know if this happens again though I am fairly certain it should not.
