    Wrong email recipient on form

    How can I change jot form from sending survey results to prutowski@me.com to info@theaustinlawnservice.com?  I have asked in the past but no body ever responds.  Paul

    Thank you.  I put in INFO@theaustinlawnservice on Notification and Notification2.   It now sends to SCHEDULING@theaustinlawnservice.com.   It says scheduling@theaustinlawnservice.com is the default email.  HMMM..  Where can I change the default email even tho I am showing info@theaustinlawnservice.com on both notification and notification2?  Thanks!

    Hi,

    You  must be just using the Test Email button in the Notification 1 and 2 template.

    The test submission will only always send the test message to your JotForm account email which currently is   scheduling@theaustinlawnservice.com

    If you wanted to test the actual submission being sent to the email assigned as Recipient E-mail of the Notification, then, you must submit the form in actual by submitting the form.

     

    As to your account email, you can change it when you are in your account profile page
