    Hi,

Our contest was focused on form design rather than functionality.  There could have been many or few fields that had nothing to do with each other, as long as it was aesthetically pleasing.  The theme derived from this form can be applied to any form, no matter the fields.

"The judges all agreed. Her form is sleek, refined, functional, and includes beautifully integrated imagery..."

Зачем тогда надо было упоминать в блоге, что жюри единогласно посчитала форму в том числе функциональной. Вообще схема выбора победителей очень спорная.

    Hi,

We understand that it might seem unfair and that there will be people that consider some other theme as better. I for example have really liked one other theme, but it did not win this prize and that is normal since we all like different things and consider different things during voting.

For this reason we have called many famous people from different areas and occupations to help us go through so many amazing jotform themes and find the one that for some reason or another would be better than the others.

The points were given for different segments of each jotform and in the end the jotform design made by Jenn Schlick had more points than others did.

I would also like to address something and that is what my colleague has meant by:

"Our contest was focused on form design rather than functionality."

Yes, as mentioned, the focus was on form design, rather than functionality and with functionality we are talking about showing your GPS location, grabbing your photo, or any other such great functionality that adds value to your form in terms of making something easier to achieve for the end user.

"The judges all agreed. Her form is sleek, refined, functional, and includes beautifully integrated imagery."

By functional it is meant - in its simplest terms - "working". If you take a look at it, it is presented nicely, makes great looking effects on both text box and dropdown showing you where the fields are, but also not breaking the concept and that is what judges were after.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Спасибо за ответ.

Форма красивая я не спорю, она почти в тренде. Но поля выровнены не лучшим образом и я увидел ужасные выпадающие списки:

Но это уже другая история :)

    Всем хорошего дня!
