Form Dissabled

    Hi, I have register, create a form and when I try to send a  submission
    test I get this message:

     

    Form Disabled  This form has been disabled

     

    Have I to enable it? Where is this option?

    Hi there,

    You may try this guide on how to enable/disable form.

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Preferences button
    3.  In the General Settings tab of the Preferences window, set the status to Enabled or Disabled
    4.  Click Close Settings then save your form

    Hi LunaMech,

    One of your forms actually violated JotForm's Terms of Use (such as asking account passwords), hence your account was autosuspended by the system. Please modify your form in order for us to lift the suspension imposed on your account and make your forms usable once again.

    Hi,

     

    I  can't access to my account, so It must be Allan's answer. What can I do to get access to my account and erase the problem?

     

    The problem must be one cell I inserted, "Password" but if It violates JotForm's Terms of use...Why can it be inserted on a form?

    Please go ahead and modify your form. If the form continues to violate our terms of use, it will be resuspended by the system once again.
