I need to create over 100 forms, each with 20 or more multiple-choice questions. This is very time consuming using the drag-and-drop interface.
Are there any tools for importing forms and questions from CSV (or similar)? I currently have all the questions in markdown (plain-text) files, and can get them them in CSV format fairly easily.

Unfortunately, we don't have a way to import fields to a form.
However, if the forms will have a similar layout you can create one form using the form builder and then create clones of it by following the steps of this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-your-account
This way you can create a template for your forms and use it to quickly create all the forms you need.
Hope this helps.
