Use different sender email for Sign Documents

How can I change the sender email (from noreply@jotform to my SMTP email) in Sign Documents. I see where this can be changed in Forms, but there is not a similar option for Sign Documents. We're having an issue with recipients (comcast.net emails) not receiving requests for signature and believe the SMTP feature will solve this issue.

    Hi triwingcap,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand what you are asking. Unfortunately, this feature is not available in Jotform Sign. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform.

I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our development team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

In the meantime, I would suggest that you ask your recipients to whitelist our noreply@jotform.com email address. Here's a guide on whitelisting an email in common email clients.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

I would like to request the same as the OP. The ability to change the sender email to me instead of from Jotform as this often will go to the recipients spam or trash. Hope it can change soon!

    Hello conciergern,

I moved your other question to a new thread and helped you with that here.
