For reference, here's a video of the favicon. It does look a little blurry.

    https://shots.jotform.com/steve/2014-12-21_2242.swf

Note that I had to do a video instead of a screenshot since retina screens have many more pixels, and all screenshots are enlarged. It's not as useful, and in this case it automatically makes the favicon fuzzier.

Our favicon is 16x16. Per this article we need both that, and 32x32 for retina.

(our site isn't wordpress based... but favicons have nothing to do with that.)

I can tell you for sure that your favicon is pixelated on retina screens. I am looking at it on a retina laptop right now.

Here is a tool where the appropriate files can be generated

http://realfavicongenerator.net/ (has a nice checker at bottom of screen)

    or

    Hi Craig,

    Thank you for the links.

Our people in charge of this will make the update once they finish up with their current assignments, as you can guess we are all very busy with the Theme Store and other improvements to JotForm so we appreciate you and anyone else reporting things like this to us.

We will update you through this thread as soon as we have any updates.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
