- AhsonAsked on December 20, 2014 at 05:14 AMHello, I am seriously considering using jotform to build my forms for a website I plan to launch soon. I need to ask you do you offer website membership login services in addition to building forms? So can people pay membership dues through jotform? If so, can payment/membership be withheld until we approve the forms and uploaded documents submitted to us? Is that possible? If not, can you please tell me of a service provider who can provide these membership services? (A website link would be helpful) I will be grateful for a reply. Thank you

Unfortunately, we currently don't support forms for website membership such as a login form that automatically connects to your hosting database. Creating one will trigger our system to auto suspend your account.
For website membership, you can try WordPress. www.wordpress.org. Then you can install a membership plugin such as BuddyPress/bbPress.

Thank you for the reply.
A follow up question. Once users become members of the website using another system, can they be directed to a page where they have to fill out detailed forms (built using jotform) and then submit them? Will there be any problems?

Yes, you can. There's no problem using that method. It's either you will email the form or redirect the users to it. For as long as the form doesn't violate our terms, you are safe and can use it to anything you want.
