Emails not sending and receiving

    I am not receiving email confirmation after submission.

    Hello Dave,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We’re sorry if you’re having trouble with the emails generated by the form. I’ll do my best to help you out.

    This is a known issue in our system and our Developers are on it to fix the issue. As soon as we receive an update from them, I will revisit this thread to inform you. For now, please monitor your form tables for incoming submissions from your forms.

    Thank you for patiently waiting, I really appreciate it. I just want to inform you that the issue has been fixed and all emails should be received and sent already. Let us know if the issue still persists and we will inform our Developers to have further investigation.
