Request to implement a way to use the "fieldset" tag in the form builder to group fields

Also, in the form designer, is it possible to put a border around a group of controls? It doesn't seem like I can group select with CTRL. It seems like I only have a choice of every similar control or one specific control...but this was based on text boxes in my other form, so may not be the case with the new form I'm building.

Unfortunately, this is not possible to achieve using the Form Designer.

However, you can do this is if you use the full source code of your form and then use the tag <fieldset> to group the fields you want. You can see an example here of how this tag works.

Please note that if you decide to use the full source code of your form, you need to consider that this method will work only if the form is embedded on a website and also that you need to manually download and update the form's code on your website every time you make changes to it.

Please let us know if you have further questions.
    Thanks.

Wow. Cool that the function is available.
Not cool, the restrictions to its use as you have described. As such I
won't be using it any time soon.
This sort of functionality was automatic when I started playing with
FormAssembly. I would love if this could be a new function readily usable
    in JotForm too.
Do I need to put through a new 'suggestion' ticket for this, or can you do
    this on my behalf?

Let me submit this thread to our development team so they can consider implementing this in the future.

Please note that we cannot provide an ETA or assure that this will be implemented since it needs to go through an approval process. If an update regarding this matter shows up, you'll be notified here.

    Thank you.
