    How to have a dropdown option for suffix name just like title in the jotform sample provided

    I am wanting to set dropdown options for the suffix, just like the prefix
    (title)...can this be done?

    Hi Ben,

    I took a look at your previous thread and based my answer on the question shown here as well.

    Unfortunately that is not possible with the Full Name field, but you could create your own field that you would call through the iframe embed widget as shown on the other thread by my colleague Raul.

    This would be the jotform with the fields already set up one next to another with the title and suffix being dropdowns.

    Now in order to use that on your other jotform you would need to include it through the iframe embed widget option. I have included a sample for that here:

    The reason why you should have one jotform with these sets of fields is to be able to move them where needed on your jotform, otherwise it would be very hard to move each and then re-adjust everything each time you make some change that would affect them (like moving the name above something else).
