If I have understood you correctly, the issue is with the email notifications not being delivered to your email account.
I see that you are using the SMTP account to send the email. Could you please try if the emails are received if you switch to your other SMTP account or by sending them from firstname.lastname@example.org?
I suggest this since from our side the emails seem to have been sent without any issue, so the issue can be caused by the SMTP server or the email are being delivered from your SMTP server, but they end up in spam/trash/bulk folders instead of your inbox.
