Button Checkboxes widget doesn't appear to the form when you only have one option to it

    I am having an issue with your check box widget. My form has a list of employees, when the check box (which currently does not appear) is checked a signature box appears. this has worked perfectly in the past and stopped working this past week.

    Hi,

    It took me a few minutes to find this, but the button checkboxes widget doesn't appear if you only have one option to the widget. Adding one or more will fix it. But you've mentioned that this is working fine before so I think the problem happens when our widget team made an update to our widgets.

    Let me submit this thread to our widget team. They should be able to check this matter and update us for a possible fix. We'll let you know here.
