I understand that they are pending based on your waiting confirmation from my gateway which is paypal, however, why do you put them in pending and is the payment actually made?Page URL:

When A Payment Is Pending It Means Its Waiting For The Person/Company To Enter Credit Card Info To Start The Transaction! The Form Info Can Still Be Accessed But The Payment Is Not Complete Until The Credit Info Is Entered And Submitted!

If someone clicks on the submit button to see what happens that submission will stay in the pending queue forever. We are aware that this is causing confusion. We could have deleted the entries automatically after an hour, but we left them since it allows you way to contact the customer and ask them why they did not complete the payment.
You can use the pending submissions that way. You can contact them and ask them why they did not complete the payment. Maybe they will say something like "I don't trust paypal" or "I want to pay by check". Then you can process their payments using another method.
