    Website have not been receiveing email forms for days

    I've just went through the forums for answers on why we can't get forms. We are not getting email notification of forms via email.. but we can see the form submissions when we login to check on jotform.

    I have accessed the site using jotforms.net and cleared DNS cache...

    Do we have to reinstall all of our forms? or make any changes to the forms code on our website...??

    can you please check this issue?

    Here is the error:

    "451 4.1.8 Domain of sender address info@grandviewdentalcare.com does not resolve"

    You will need to change the from address. To change the sender email address for a form:
    1. Open the form on the form editor
    2. Click on "Setup & Share" tab on the top toolbar
    3. Click on "Email Alerts"
    4. Click on "Notifications"
    5. Click "Reply-to and Recipient Settings"
    6. Change the email address on the top right corner. Have noreply@jotform.com instead of the current address. Your email server does not accept the current email address.

    I am currently working on some DNS issues with my site and I don't know how this relates to the problems I have been having with Jotform.  I want to adress those and go from there.
