I've had a number of users report that when completeing the form they receive an error message that not all required information has been completed. Additionally they're getting a message that they are trying to upload in invalid document form. (The form is set to accept only PDF. In all cases so far the users are trying to submit valid PDFs.)
This is an inconsistant issue, as we're recieved more than 500 submissions already, but the number of complaints about this specific problem is growing. Any suggestions?

We are sorry for the inconveniences caused.
The problem is most probably related to some bugs through submissions in different browsers. Could you please provide us with the information about browsers versions of your customers which were not able to upload valid PDFs? Then, we will try to reproduce the problem and forward it to our developers.
As a temporary solution you may try to recommend to your customers using Google Chrome browser.
Thank you for using our services!

Please make sure that they are uploading PDF files that do not exceed the filesize limit. I also would like to encourage your participants to try using a different browser when submitting.
We recieved reports having issues on uploading with Mozilla Firefox today and our development team are trying to investigate the problem.
