Why am I unable to locate jotforms on my account?

    Hi there,

    After logging into your site using dfaulkner (for West Coast Reduction) I see no forms on our dashboard. Is there another account associated with West Coast Reduction? Here is one of our forms:



    My phone number is 604-252-2083 - I am the Infrastructure Manager for WCRL.

    I've logged into your account to check the problem you mentioned about seeing no forms.

    Currently, on this account for "dfaulkner" I only see one jotform titled "Request a Quote".


    As for the other jotform which you said is one of your forms that is missing I found that's on another account username as "apcdispatch". Perhaps you were logged into that account at the time you created it then.

    If you want we can transfer the form for you at your request. Additionally, I noticed you provided a phone number but we do not have phone support and will help you just as quickly here in our forum for all your questions and problems.
