Please review our storage space. It's not a monthly limit, so it shouldn't have to wait until the first to reset. I've deleted plenty of data to free up space, but it's not showing in our count. Please let me know when that resets. If at all possible, please reset it manually so it is showing an accurate number and our forms aren't locked out.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that the Upload Space is not resetting. Here's what I see in your account. See the image below.
If it shows differently on your end, please log out from your account and then clear the browser cache and site data. After that, log back in and see if it makes a difference.
