I made a form and want to use it on my weebly site as a pop up. However, I can't seem to figure out how to do that.

I see where you get the pop up link and code to embed, but when I use the link it is not a pop up and I can't figure out where to embed the code where it works either.  Thanks for any help you can give!

Looks like weebly pages don't have a global header for the pages, there is a similar workaround provided in this link using the feedback button.
