Have you updated your anti-spam system or maybe installed a new one?
This could be the reason why this happens. Please select the emails and then mark them as not spam so that your system does not recognize them like that any more.
I would also suggest taking a look at the following guide: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses
It would be good to mark them as not spam even if you are going to delete them and they ended up in the spam folder. This would tell your system that it is not spam.
