I am trying to downgrade my account from Premium to Free and there is no option for this. The only option I can find is Cancel in My Account, but it takes me to a Plimus Sales site that I can't login to. The original email I used to setup my account is no longer available or in use. How do I downgrade from Premium to Free?

Your account is now in downgrade process. You will not be charged again. It will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires. You are scheduled for downgrade on October 19,2011.
