Some times the hyperlink of Terms & Condition opens in same window instead of new page.

I have been testing using a second jot form to host terms and conditions it seems work

The terms & conditions widget opens the 2nd form in another window 9 out of 10 times but every now and then opens in the same window replacing the form and losing the information is there a way make it 10 out of 10.

I did test your form several times and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. Clicking on the terms & condition widget hyperlink always opens the link in new page. Please check the screenshot below:

Are you having this issue with any specific browser? Though, I tested your form in multiple browser but do let us know with which browser you are having this issue with and we will take a look.
