    The forms I have embedded in my websites that contain form collapse or header fields display a black dot to the left of them as seen on the site.  Any thoughts?

    Regards,

    Brett

    Hi Brett,

    I just checked your website with the form and it appears to be a problem with your default.css on  line 121.

    Here is a guide on how to fix it:

    Open your websites default.css file

    find this:

    ul li {

    list-style-type: square;

    }

    and replace it with this code:

    ul li {

    list-style-type: none;

    }

    Let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you!
