Where are the submissions saved or stored?

1c) Is it possible to hold the answers in a database for analysis - are the answers hosted by Jotform or would you need to build and host a PHP database on your own hosting platform?

    Hi Andrew,

All of your submission data will be hosted on JotForm. This information can be accessing from the "My Forms" page. Once you select your desired form, you will see a menu bar at the top of the page. One of the options will be "Submissions".

There are various reports that can be created from the submission data for analysis. You can view our guides on reports at this link: http://www.jotform.com/help/chapter-6-Reports

I hope this helps, please inform us if you need further assistance.
