I'd just want to send a heads up through the forums about this situation: after having been using JotForm for a couple of months and being quite happy with it, I cannot any longer login due to a phishing suspicion.
I would like to ask why and state that I am in no way related to such activities, and would be ready to make any changes necessary to regain access to my forms.

I have manually checked your JotForm account/username whatinsomnia
and could see that it is now reinstated.
It was probably auto suspended by the phishing filter due to suspected phishing form, but this was now corrected already.
Can you please retry again to login on the account at http://www.jotform.com/login
