Infusionsoftintegration does not display any form fields for mapping.

    I setup the infusionsoft crm connection with nor real problems. But now when I go into this form:

     

    http://www.jotform.us/kauseway/book_now

     

    and try to select fields within jotform. No jotform fields come up.  I went ahead and cleared cache and deleted the api connection and reconnected it.  Still nothing.

     

    What is wierd is when I go into this form:

    https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/43456658411963

     

    IT works fine.  Is there something missing here? I can see the infusionsoft fields but NOT the jotform fields.

    When I add new fields the api works and sees the new ones. But none of the old fields are visible. Not sure why?

    Hello kauseway,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did check your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. This is happening because none of your form fields have any label. I would suggest you to go ahead and add a label in your form fields and that should solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below:
