Subscription cancellation and refund request.

    Dear Jotform,


    I have a charge showing on my card for an automatic renewal. I have left the organization for whom I used your service. You folks were very useful and helpful but I no longer need the service.


    Please reverse the pending charge.

    Hello Gary,

    Actually, for security reasons we want the user to sign in to account and the send us the cancellation request. Upon checking our records, I found that you have also sent us two emails asking for cancellation from the registered email address of your billing profile. 

    I have gone ahead and cancelled your subscription. I have also processed the refund for order #INT141227-6464-18973B and downgraded your account to free plan. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
