I kindly ask you to provide us more details so we can be of more assistance.

If you wish to use a check-box field and have your users selecting only a specific number of choices that is possible by selecting properties and editing the minimum and maximum number of choices:

If you need instead to limit the number of answers received on a given option (like if you only have 40 apples) you can use the Quantity Registry Gift widget:

If your inquiry was about another solution please let us know more details.

I have multiple multichoice checkbox section and I would need to limit the sum of all choices on all sections. I mean if the limit is say 15 choices and the user makes 15 selections in one of the sections then he or she is not allowed to chose anything from another set of multiple choice section.

    It is possible to do?
