Our service request form email stopped working on 12/24/14. We have had three service request today submitted through the form page which none have been received. No, they are not landing in spam/junk folders.
Please advise ASAP!

I checked our logs for the email address associated with your most recent form to make sure the notifications were being sent and it appears as though they are:
Since they are being sent from you, to you, we do not have any control over filtering our bounce related issues:
Changing the sender email to "firstname.lastname@example.org" will cause the emails to be sent via our services, rather than your own.
If you need the emails to be sent from your server, please make sure you SMTP setting are correct:
