JotForm stopped working on Google site

Asked by myroncampbell on December 29, 2014 at 05:43 PM

Hello, I have two different websites with three different JotForms embedded, and they have all stopped displaying the embedded JotForms.

    The first one is

    http://koto.physics.lsa.umich.edu/logbook

    the second is

    http://reu.physics.lsa.umich.edu/apply-now/application-form

    and the third one is

    http://reu.physics.lsa.umich.edu/apply-now/for-recommenders

I did not make any changes to either the website or the form between the time it was working, which was yesterday, and today.

After I post this I am going to add a "Please be patient while we fix our bugs" note on the websites.

Yes, the forms seems to be working while rendered from iFrame, myroncampbell. Please try that solution as suggested by collisioncenterchippewa

Hello Jeanette, can you point me to some documentation on how to do iFrame in a Google site?  I followed your link "from iFrame", but I couldn't see how to put it into a Google site.

this is an old thread but I'm having this issue on my website right now and unfortunately it's affecting my customers ordering!! Is this issue happening again and is there an estimated time it will be fixed?

    link to site: http://mycutestcupcakes.com/phone/shipping-agreement.html

I happen to be on the mobile version but it worked fine yesterday and for the past 6 months so that is not the issue. To view the desktop site remove the word "phone" from the url
