    Changing pricing plan

    Dear Jotform,

    Last month, or two months a go I changed my pricing plan from 1000 to 1,000,000 submissions. But two days ago something changed and right now I'm stuck with the 1,000 plan instead of the 1,000,000 plan? My account is thijs by the way. If you need any additional information, just let me know.

    Hello Thijs,

    I checked your account and found out that you still have an active recurring payment via your credit card.  I have canceled your subscription on that one.  Your account is already back to Professional as well.

    I will submit a ticket to our next tier support to check for other concerns.

    Sorry about that. You had double subscription. We have now resolved the problem.

    Your account was mistakenly downgraded by one of our support staff. We sincerely apologize for any incovenience caused by this mistake.

    I have now reinstated your account and reverted it back to Professional status, which should last until August 31, 2012.

    Again, sorry for the troubles caused. Thank you very much for your understanding.
