How to integrate jotform with zoho support using webhook?

Hi,

I got some api guide from zoho support and created a webhook in jotform.

But i dont know how to get a field value dynamically.

for example my webhook url is 

https://support.zoho.com/api/xml/requests/addrecords?authtoken=#######&amp;portal=####&amp;department=nhmweb&amp;xml=<requests> <row no="1"> <fl val="Subject">Add Records Demo</fl> <fl val="Contact Name">John</fl></row> </requests>.

Instead of Add Records Demo i want to get subject filed value in jot form.

Kindly assist me.
