    can i put an authentication for my form?

    only who have a username and password can fill the form ?

    if yes, can i create multiple users ?

    Hi,

    Did you meant you want to use the JotFor on your website that only allows users that were logged in to your website?

    If it was what you meant, the answer is Yes.

    You can embed the form on your website that requires username and password before users can get in your website.
