There is an issue with posts replicating in the previous thread so I have opened a new one in case the user needs to respond further. Here is the original post along with the responses:
I spent all morning working on a form for my business. It kept auto-saving. When I logged in it did not save to my account.
I checked your IP Address and found the account TeralynTutors (email@example.com). This account has one form, but no fields on it. Another two guest accounts with the following forms:
I think you're looking for the second one with multiple fields on it. Please confirm so we can move the forms.
