Smart PDF Form: Add Form Collaboration

    I would like to have an option to use Form Collaboration link on Smart PDF Form.

    After further exploration and assistance from Support, I have learned that when you remove ALL connections to the original PDF and delete the original PDF from the options in the PDF Editor, the form effectively becomes a regular form.

    But although it behave like a regular form, the Collaboration Option is not enabled.

    We would very much like to see the Collaboration Option enabled in this circumstance.

    My colleagues have already escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

    My additional comment was just that I changed the original request a little and that I would like Development to know about the change..

    Instead of asking that Collaboration is enabled for all Smart Forms, I just want to ask that it be enabled for Smart Forms where the links to the original PDF have been removed.

    It is appararently difficult to add Collaboration to Smart Froms, so it might be easier to implement this revised request.

    Please would you bring this change to the attention of the people in Development where the first rquest was escalated.
