When I try to integrate my Jotform form and GetResponse using "JotForm Integration" the app says the integration worked but I don't register the new user in GetResponse when I fill out the form.

Could you please let us know which fields of your form you're trying to map with GetResponse? I see that you're using the quick tools in your form which is the recommended method to make the integrations work correctly. But, it would be great if you could provide us with a screenshot on how you configured the field mapping so we can have a better understanding and provide assistance.

Just to test the integration, I am trying to integrate:
www.repairrequest.weebly.com with http://customhomelist.gr8.com a landing
page in getresponse. Namely for someone filling out the jotform form to be
added as a customer in a getresponse campaign. "buyer_campaign" the
campaign assigned to the getresponse landing page.
the only thing I want to test is the email field. I assume it doesn't
matter if all of the unused fields do not match. Below are some screenshots:

Thank you for your response. I am currently checking into this for you at this time. I will respond to this thread as soon as I have a suitable resolution to this problem. I am sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused.
