Elements not showing in Email submissions

The "Paragraph" and "Header" fields I have in my form do not show in the email I receive after I get a submission. I have included an example of a portion of my form that I need to show up in submissions so I can print it all out.

Thank you for waiting. After running a few checks, I have found an issue. Please note that paragraphs fields and header fields are not automatically added when creating email notifications. You will have to manually add the contents of the paragraphs directly to the notification/autoresponder email. Here is the guide please, check it out.
