How do I downgrade my account?

    Since you're paying through a credit card your payments are being processed by our third party payment processor, Plimus. Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the original email that you have received when you paid for JotForm.

    If you can't find your email that has the username/password, click on the link below and enter the email address that you used when you paid for your subscription. https://secure.plimus.com/jsp/forgot_password.jsp??designId=1. This will reset your password then you can login and do your cancellation process.

    Or, we can simply cancel your subscription for you.  The support team can cancel credit card payment subscriptions.

    Hello SDSsyllabi,

    Sorry if there was a misunderstanding.  What I meant by the cancellation was your payment subscription.  After cancellation of your Premium subscripton you will be downgraded to free.

    Anyway, I have canceled your Premium Subscription for you. You will not be charged again.  You will be downgraded to free subscription on October 14, 2011.

    Your form's and past submissions will not be affected after the downgrade.  You will only have a lower submission and storage capacity compared to paying subscriptions.  You can also resubscribe anytime you wish to use our paid services again.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your email. Unfortunately, I put in the Plimus username and
    my e-mail to retrieve my password, but these are invalid. Rather than
    cancel the account altogether, I'd like to downgrade it to a smaller
    size - is this possible?
