I need to have a toggleable widget on the top of my form which shows a certain set of questions when toggled on, and a different set when toggled off. What widget can I use to do this?

    Hi Elijah,

Thanks for your patience. We don't have a widget with the function to show a different set of fields but we can achieve this through Show/Hide conditional logic. Let me show you how:

We can use the Multiple Choice element as the toggle button.

    1. Click on add element
    2. Select Multiple Choice. When you add it, it'll have a label and 4 choices by default. Remove the label and leave 1 choice1675575970 63df42a229ea8 Screenshot 10
    3. Label the 1 choice do your desire. In this example, I label it, Select to answer a different question1675576047 63df42ef7a8fc Screenshot 21
    4. Add your Single Choice element for the question or whichever fields you'd like to use1675576125 63df433de6e34 Screenshot 32

After that, we are ready to set the conditional logic:

    1. On the Form Builder, click on Settings
    2. Select Conditions
    3. Select Show/Hide Fields1675576605 63df451dceb3d Screenshot 43
    4. We'll create two conditions. If Checkbox field is filled, we'll show a particular questions1675576726 63df4596a94e1 Screenshot 54If it's empty, we are just going to show the default questions:1675576805 63df45e583141 Screenshot 65
    5. Make sure to Save the condition by clicking Save

Here's the demo form so you can check how it works
