I need to have a toggleable widget on the top of my form which shows a certain set of questions when toggled on, and a different set when toggled off. What widget can I use to do this?

Hi Elijah,
Thanks for your patience. We don't have a widget with the function to show a different set of fields but we can achieve this through Show/Hide conditional logic. Let me show you how:
We can use the Multiple Choice element as the toggle button.
- Click on add element
- Select Multiple Choice. When you add it, it'll have a label and 4 choices by default. Remove the label and leave 1 choice
- Label the 1 choice do your desire. In this example, I label it, Select to answer a different question
- Add your Single Choice element for the question or whichever fields you'd like to use
After that, we are ready to set the conditional logic:
- On the Form Builder, click on Settings
- Select Conditions
- Select Show/Hide Fields
- We'll create two conditions. If Checkbox field is filled, we'll show a particular questionsIf it's empty, we are just going to show the default questions:
- Make sure to Save the condition by clicking Save
Here's the demo form so you can check how it works
