I was able to see what you meant when I checked your jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/43456658411963
I found the cause of issue to be the Spacer Widget
To fix the problem, just remove/delete the widget or make adjustment on the height value of the spacer widget to be more appropriate.
Hope this help. Please inform us if issue persist.

Thanks. I still not sure why it did that. The wizard button shows only 5 px height but under the settings button it was 350px. I just deleted them. But now under the the select a date and your price it is still huge. So something happened that affected those fields to.

I created a clone of your form and found more 2 spacer widgets. When I removed them the space between the fields looked normal.
You can see the test form
It seems the spacer widget is not working according to the values inserted:
I forwarded this situation to our developers so they can analyze better this situation. They will contact you via this thread once they have an update on this matter.

We sincerely apologize for that behavior - we recently updated the widget code to fix a number of bugs - which affected your form in that way.
To resolve the issue, just remove the Spacer widget, then add it back to your form with the desired height, and everything will work normally again.
Kindly get back to us if you experience further challenges.
