Well, you finally got me. For years, I've enjoyed a FREE account. I've been sending out monthly form solicitations to about 40 people, all in one e-mail. Then a few months ago you limited me to only sending to ten addressees at once, so I had to break my list of addressees into groups of ten and then send out my solicitations four times. OK, I dealt with that.
Today I received a message saying that I'm limited to ten responses per month (before I could hear from all 40 of my addressees) unless I upgrade my account to Premium. I guess it's a sign of the ecomony, so I got authorization from my boss (Director of a not-for-profit thrift shop) to use the two-year option, since we expect to be doing what we do for the foreseeable future.
On the positive side, I've found the Jotform site to be very useful, reliable, and well supported. I am especially appreciative of the quick responses whenever I post a question. Keep up the excellent work! :-)
