    Recently, form is taking very long to load. One of its stylesheets failing to load appears to be the issue.

    Hi we have encountered very slow speed recently when trying to load the jotform from our facebook fan page.  Do you know why? and would it be fixed please?  I am afraid customers will go away not ordering the products since the form cannot be loaded smoothly.

    I tested the form and could replicate the same situation.

    I inspected the form's fields and could not detect a field that could be causing this situation. It might be connected with the language characters.

    I forwarded this situation to oour developers so they can analyse better this situation.

    We have been using the Chinese characters since day 1, so I don't think it is connected with the language characters.  I have tried to load the form via facebook today, cannot even load it up!!!

    It does affect our business in the past two weeks!!!! (and we have recently upgraded the account).  Pleasssseeee could you fix it asap?

    Our developers have marked the ticket of this thread as very important so I'm sure they're into it, finding the cause of the problem.
