I'm unable to view contents from your platform. Please see an example of links clicked to display file document or any other content from Jotform but it displays something else instead.

Hello Dr Lawson,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. You are unable to view the uploaded file due to the form owner's account privacy settings. You can ask the form owner to uncheck the "Require log-in to view uploaded files." privacy setting in their account and then the uploaded file can be accessed from email:
