How do I setup Freshbooks for a repair company that sells many different parts at different prices and charges for service?

    This is my form version..

In other words, is there a way for person filling out the form to change the price.

    Service pricing differs.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I'm not sure if I understand your concern correctly. Do you want your users to fill out the form and add the desired price they want? Or are you setting up a form where users or your customers can purchase parts with service feeds on it?

I also see that you mentioned FreshBooks in your question, we have an app integration on that, please see this link.

If you are looking to setting up an order form where your customer can purchase products, subscriptions or give donation, you can see this guide that we have: Setting Up An Order Form.

I hope this helps. Let us know if I misunderstood your concern.

    Thank you.

Yes, wondering if there's a way that my user can enter his own price for a product or service.

I think if you just enter a Payment Tool element, you should get a blank field where the customer can enter the amount? (like our form here: http://naturalbodyworkskingston.com/gift-certificate.html)

As mentioned by @fatcatdesign you can set the payment tool to accept custom amount payments and this will allow your customers to manually enter the amount they want to pay you.

But, please note that this will be applied as a full amount for the order. If you want to do this for a specific product only unfortunately it's not possible since you always need to set a price for each product when you create a product list.

If you have further questions, please let us know.
    Thank you.
