I have lost my login details

Asked by Terry Lindsay on October 05, 2011 at 07:13 AM

A few months ago I created a webform and put it on my website.

I now want to edit it but have lost my logon details and my email address is not recognised.

    My website is www.technologytraining.net.au

In my HTML code the form number is 11361837272

Are you able to tell me what email address I registered with and reset my password?

    Hello Terry,

Your form was created under an unregistered Guest account. Guest accounts rely on browser cookies to identify the form owner. This means that you have no log in details and that you no longer have access to this form.

However, there is a way to recover this form, and that is by registering a JotForm account using the same e-mail address used in the form's notifications.

Click here to register a free JotForm account. Make sure that the e-mail address is correct to have the form transferred over to the new account.

Notify us if you require further assistance with this matter. Thanks!
