Yes that's correct; all of those already uploaded have come from my pc

Since there is no upload file field in your form, I believe you are a form owner wanting to include an image into your form but unable to. No, this is an old image. I have been unable to upload a new image (to replace the one you are looking at)

JotForm is pretty much back to normal now. We are still just closely monitoring it and making a few enhancements here and there but we do our best to make the service as smooth and reliable as possible. There are still bugs being reported which is quite common to any application or software, so we do our best to address each of these and provide a fix as soon as possible.
