Is there a way to automatically update payment information for my subscribers?

I am trying to complete customer self entered payment automation.   Currently,  once they setup payment stream auto subscription with jot form,  it appears there is no way for them to update their credit card info on their own.   When they call me,  I am often in the field and not in a position to enter myself. 

would like to see jot form complete their integration with stripe.   If the customer has their stripe customer #,  they should be able to update or add a credit card to their stripe account.   This doesn't seem too difficult (from a non programmer positiin).   Is there any way you could develop this.

If I understand correctly, you want your customers to be able to update their credit card information on their own for the subscriptions you're selling them using Stripe's integration. Is that correct?

If so, unfortunately, there's no way to do this in JotForm since the integration helps you to create the subscription and add subscribers to it. The managing side for these subscriptions has to be done by you using your Stripe's account.

I did a little research and found this article which could help you to develop a feature in your website that would allow your customers to update their information without contacting you using Stripe's API. However, if you're not a programmer you might need to hire one.
