When I press reply-to the notification message does not reach the recipients

    when we reply to a submission or try to forward one, the intended recipient is not receiving the reply/forward. We have tested this with our own internal staff and confirmed nothing is coming through.

    Is there anything we can do to confirm this functionality is working properly.
