Why were my forms disabled even though I upgraded?

    Dear Jotform,

     

    I upgraded my account on Dec 27th, but received an email on Dec 30 telling me my account was disabled because I reached my limit. This is a critical time, since we are receiving applications right now. Please respond ASAP and enable the account.

    The subscription Order:  INT141227-4646-40141 paid on Dec 27 had no username in the records, therefore the system could not match your Jotform account icsi, so I've canceled and refunded it.

    The forms in your paid account are not disabled anymore since you seemed to have paid a new subscription, Jotform account icsi will be active through this new order.  INT141231-9264-90233
